Going to the Professional Property Services office (John Brandenbergers organization) and view them in the "Red Book" loose leaf binder on the shelf near the conference table. This book is maintained by the Board for your use.
Asking Brenda or one of the staff to get you your own copy. Normally she has some pre-printed for people who need them.
The previous section entitled GUIDELINES FOR OWNERS has been removed and are essentially replaced by the above documents which should have ample information necessary for owners to understand and comply with existing rules and regulations.
The annual Budget for 2012 for Windward Property Owners Association can be viewed on this site. All other financial details are available on request from the Property Management office.
General information:
The 2012 Annual dues for the Windward Association are $170/year due January 1st. Notice is sent to owners and includes Windward, Patio homes, The Preserve at Windward and Bel Aire.
The Windward Patio Homes quarterly dues for 2012 are an additional $400 for homeowners, which includes lawn mowing, trimming, irrigation and other services, and $75 for vacant lot owners.
