Patio Homes are unique, individual homes of 1800-3000 sq. ft. with a large Lanai. 90% have swimming pools and 60% are directly on the golf course. Generally two (2) homes are built on one (1) standard lot to reduce lawn and landscape maintenance.
Presently (June 2009) there are 82 occupied homes in our association. There are 16 more lots available to complete the build out of this subdivision.
QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE FEE:
The 2011 quarterly fee will be $400.00 for homeowners, which includes all of the above maintenance functions, and $75 for vacant lots.
BENEFITS:
All Patio homes are included in an association which acquires yearly or biyearly contracts for:
Lawn maintenance
Trim landscaping (3 times yearly)
Trim trees (up to 15 ft. height at no additional cost)
Pesticide spraying (outdoors only)
Weed control (in flower beds and around house)
Trim irrigation sprinkler heads
Provide irrigation
